Purpose and platform status

United States law may require producers of covered visual depictions of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct to verify performers, create and maintain individually identifiable records, index those records, and disclose where records are kept.

Mameada is a user-upload platform and does not declare through this page that it is or is not the primary or secondary producer of every item. Legal status depends on the facts, the operator’s conduct and current law. Each creator remains responsible for obtaining advice and satisfying duties that apply to that creator.

No covered content should be enabled in production until the operating entity, records custodian, records location, inspection procedure and content-level disclosure workflow have been reviewed by qualified U.S. counsel.

Age and consent requirements

  • Every depicted performer must have been at least 18 years old when the depiction was created, regardless of the age of consent or majority elsewhere.
  • The producer must inspect reliable government-issued photo identification and record the performer’s legal name, aliases and required production information.
  • The uploader must possess specific, informed and revocable-within-agreed-scope consent covering the acts, recording, publication, audience and commercial use.
  • Content must not portray, market or role-play an identifiable adult as a minor in a sexual context, and must never contain a real minor.
  • Age verification is separate from consent; possession of identification does not prove consent, and consent does not replace statutory records.

Records and labelling

A covered producer must maintain records in the form, index, location and availability required by 18 U.S.C. §§2257/2257A and 28 C.F.R. Part 75. Where required, each covered work or page must carry a statement describing the location of those records.

Mameada may require encrypted identity evidence, consent documents, producer details, production date, performer aliases, content identifiers and a valid records-location statement before publication. Platform review does not transfer or certify the producer’s obligations.

The records custodian and physical records address are intentionally configuration-driven. If the warning above is visible, covered content must remain unpublished.

Platform controls

  • Restrict covered areas and performer/creator functions to verified adults aged 18 or older.
  • Store identity and consent evidence outside public media paths with role-limited access and access logging.
  • Require sensitive-content labels and prevent ineligible or unverified viewers from receiving covered material.
  • Suspend publication when documents are missing, inconsistent, expired, altered or linked to a report of coercion or minority.
  • Preserve relevant evidence and cooperate with lawful inspections, courts, regulators and child-protection authorities.

Minors and non-consensual material

Mameada prohibits child sexual abuse material, exploitative or abusive content involving a child, grooming, sextortion, trafficking and non-consensual intimate images. Suspected violations may be removed immediately, preserved securely and reported to competent authorities as required by law.

Ghana’s Cybersecurity Act, 2020 (Act 1038) prohibits producing or circulating child sexual abuse material and addresses non-consensual sharing of intimate images. These prohibitions apply independently of any U.S. performer-record requirement.

Records custodian and inspection contact

The production version of this section must display the actual custodian of records and the physical location at which covered records are available, consistent with 28 C.F.R. Part 75. Email-only or invented details are insufficient.

Questions about a specific producer’s records should identify the content URL and producer without transmitting performer identification documents through ordinary support channels.
