Agreement and eligibility

By creating an account, accessing paid features or uploading content, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines and any product-specific terms presented at purchase or upload.

The general service is not directed to children under 13. You must be at least 13 and meet the minimum digital-consent age in your location. If you are below the age of legal majority, a parent or guardian must approve your use where required.

You must be at least 18 to access adult or sexually explicit material, upload or monetize sensitive adult content, appear as a performer in such content, maintain an Exclusive Group offering adult content, or use another function explicitly marked 18+.

Accounts and security

• Provide accurate information, keep credentials confidential and promptly report compromise.
• Do not impersonate others, evade suspensions, buy or sell accounts, or falsify age, consent, identity, payment or performer records.
• Mameada may require email, identity, age, channel, payout or step-up verification before enabling higher-risk functions.
• You are responsible for activity conducted through your account unless caused by Mameada’s failure to use legally required care.

Your content and licence

You retain ownership of rights you hold in your content. You grant Mameada a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, transcode, stream, display, distribute and technically modify that content only as needed to operate, promote and secure the service. The licence ends when content is deleted, subject to backups, lawful retention, prior sharing and unresolved claims.

You represent that you own or have permission for every upload and that all identifiable people gave valid, informed consent. For commercially produced or sexually explicit depictions, you must maintain every age, identity, consent and performer record required by applicable law.

Prohibited and sensitive content

• Child sexual abuse material, sexualization or exploitation of minors, grooming, trafficking, or content that presents an adult as a minor for sexual purposes.
• Non-consensual intimate images, hidden-camera sexual content, sexual deepfakes, sextortion, threats to publish intimate material, or content distributed beyond the scope of consent.
• Rape, coercion, incest, bestiality, sexual violence, credible threats, terrorist content, unlawful hate, or instructions facilitating serious harm.
• Copyright infringement, privacy violations, doxxing, impersonation, scams, malware, manipulated engagement or unlawful goods and services.
• Adult or highly sensitive content without the required label, audience restriction, consent evidence and regional eligibility controls.

Paid services, creators and meetups

Prices, currency, billing interval, taxes, access scope and renewal terms are shown before checkout. Third-party payment providers may apply their own terms. Except where law requires otherwise, consumed digital access is non-refundable; duplicate, failed, unauthorized or materially undelivered purchases remain reviewable.

Creators are responsible for lawful content, accurate descriptions, fulfilment, taxes and payout information. Platform fees, commissions, escrow, reversals and payout timing follow the terms displayed in Creator Studio.

Meetup participants are responsible for personal safety and lawful conduct. Mameada may provide approval, request and payment tools but does not guarantee another person’s identity, behaviour, attendance or suitability.

Google location services

If you choose “Use my current location” during signup, Mameada uses Google Maps Platform only to suggest a country and state or region. Your use of that optional feature is also subject to the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service. You may decline location permission and select your origin manually.

A creator channel application may separately require a confirmed current-location pin. You must check the Google Maps result and correct an inaccurate device estimate before confirming it. Mameada may retain the confirmed coordinates and Google place details with the application for eligibility, fraud prevention and human review.

Moderation, suspension and appeals

Mameada may label, age-restrict, reduce distribution, disable monetization, preserve, remove or report content; restrict features; suspend accounts; or terminate access when reasonably necessary for law, safety, rights protection, fraud prevention or these Terms.

Where appropriate, the affected user receives a reason and appeal path. Immediate action may occur for urgent harm, child safety, evidence preservation, sanctions, court orders or repeated infringement. Human review remains required for final warnings, restrictions, removals, suspensions and bans under the platform’s governance design.

Copyright and performer records

Copyright complaints and counter-notices follow the DMCA Policy and applicable local processes. Repeat infringers may be terminated in appropriate circumstances.

Content potentially covered by 18 U.S.C. §§2257 or 2257A and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 is additionally governed by the §2257 Notice. Uploading content does not transfer a producer’s recordkeeping duties to Mameada.

Service availability and liability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. Mameada does not promise uninterrupted operation, particular earnings, audience growth, content availability or the conduct of users. Nothing excludes warranties, remedies or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mameada is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from user content or optional use of the service. Any contractual cap must be reviewed and completed by the operating entity’s counsel before production launch.

Governing law, changes and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ghana, without removing non-waivable consumer, privacy or platform rights that apply where you live, including qualifying EU/EEA rights. The competent Ghanaian courts have jurisdiction unless mandatory law permits another forum.

Material changes will receive reasonable notice. If a change requires consent, it will not take effect for you until consent is obtained. Questions or legal notices must be sent to the configured support contact and physical address.
